2017 Texas Tech Fitness Challenge

This crossfit-inspired workout will challenge you to complete a 250-meter row, followed by six to eight tire flips. Then, you will pull a sled (95 pounds for male participants, 65 for females) and race the clock to finish off the challenge with burpees (15 reps for male participants, 10 for females).
